are starting to click and I really feel like I am on the verge of something
that is going to continue to grow as my name and our services are getting
out into the community. These leads have all been with Qualified
Manufacturers who qualify for many of our Services. one of which was the
first deal that I closed and have a few other verbals that I'm trying to
move forward. But I got those verbals before I tried out the Closing Desk.I
have since just finished an R and D deal whereas I didn't realize it but
after my client received their refund, they then signed up for current years
in addition to all the way through 2011. Just this one deal will give me
back almost half of my initial investment. But more than anything, it gave
me confidence and also a local success story to use. This same company is
about to sign up for Energy Efficiency and Waste Management and were looking
at Work Comp but had a partially self Insured plan so they won’t qualify.
All being said, I will have my initial Investment and have profited as soon
as these already agreed upon studies are completed.”
